Q. Who are we looking for?
A. somebody to provide 1st line (helpdesk) technical support to internal staff, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or onsite.
Q. What will you be doing on a daily basis?
A. – To provide technical support; answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email
Q. What experience do you need?
A. – Relevant 1st line / Helpdesk support experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows desktop technologies (Windows 7/ Windows 10)
Q. What training will you receive?
A. JCT600 IT Department looks to develop it staff with both internal and external training to allow long term progression within the department.
Q. What qualifications do you need?
A. It is essential that you have a valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties
MCP certification would be beneficial, but is not essential
