We have an exciting opportunity working as an IT Service Desk Analyst. You will work with a team of 5 other analysts, delivering outstanding customer service by understanding users IT and business needs. You will be the first line in support for CAA colleagues, providing advice on anything from a password re-set to software installation and removals.
We are looking for an individual that has a passion for IT, however you don’t necessarily have to have service desk experience. You will enjoy solving problems and have fantastic communication skills. You will thrive on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy taking ownership and progressing incidents to resolution. You will enjoy working as a team and supporting team members.
