Reporting to the Payments Manager, the successful candidate will play an important role within the Payments team. You will be responsible for communicating and liaising with Payment Processors and providing updates on pending industry initiatives. This will include maintaining account relationships and recommending changes and/or process improvements.
The candidate will ideally have some degree of analytics and business intelligence knowledge required to support the growth of payments online channels. Communication, flexibility and a desire to learn are essential as well as the ability to work on multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail.
Analysing all processes at all levels e.g. Payment Method, Customer, Region, Country, Provider and individual transactions.
Monitor KPI’s ensuring optimum performance of Ding’s payments systems
Carry out basic analytics on payment performance and identify areas of improvement to lower cost and improve customer success rates
Carry out basic analytics on fraud performance to decrease the level of false positives and increase customer success rates
Work with internal development teams to automate current manual processes
Analyse customer conversion rates and areas of “drop-off” to ensure maximum conversion
Perform daily operational tasks
Liaise with 3rd party payment and fraud suppliers as business needs dictate
Payments and/or fraud experience in a high-volume e-commerce industry
Very strong analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
Time management skills and a high attention to detail
Experience working on large scale projects and the full project lifecycle
Third level education preferable or equivalent relevant experience.
Very strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
A creative individual that enjoys a fast paced, and rapidly changing business environment
