Head of IT Full Time

Dutch company is looking for a head of IT for their Reading office. This role is a newly created role so it will give you a great opportunity to set up the IT Infrastructure from scratch. Start date would be around March/April 2019.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage time well.
• Self-organisation and ability to respond to changing priorities quickly.
• Reliable team player with the ability to self-motivate and work under own initiative.

What you will do:

• Ensure streamlined operation of IT department across the company
• Co-ordinate development & delivery of a comprehensive information security
• Ensure communication between Group IT and the Business lines
• Represent IT in key management processes and across board meetings
• Point of contact for IT security issues.
• Staff development accross all IT service teams
