An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk Administrator (application support) with a leading Organisation based in south Dublin. This is a permanent role. Within the role you will have the opportunity to become an important member of the IT team ensuring all IT issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently. The organisation is looking for someone who is eager to progress and is enthusiastic about progressing their career and skillset. You will continuously learn on the job.
What you will be doing in the role.
Providing IT support to the organisation.
Using your excellent organisation skills to manage the organisations ticketing system.
Resolving issues via phone, email and face to face.
Understanding and adhering to security policies.
What you will need:
4 years’ experience with IT support or application support.
Experience working with databases and basic SQL.
Experience supporting windows operating systems.
Office 365, SharePoint experience.
Helpdesk administration experience.
Project mgmt. skills are a distinct advantage.
Active Directory and VPN experience.
