We are looking to recruit a service desk analyst for our busy IT service desk.
Willing to work under pressure in a busy call center you will have previous service desk experience in an IT department and demonstrate ability to deal with support calls relating to a complex digital services environment.

MEHT contracts are subject to the completion of a satisfactory 6 month probationary period.
All Registered Nurse/Midwife/Theatre Practitioner or ODP you will be required to take a Drug Calculation Test. (please note 100% pass mark required)
All HCA/HCSW/MCA will be required to take a Literacy and Numeracy test (80% pass required) as part of the pre employment process.
