We are the Institution of Structural Engineers, the world’s largest membership organisation dedicated to the art and science of structural engineering.
We are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our small, enthusiastic and busy IT team on a permanent basis, based at our bright, modern, open plan head office in Clerkenwell. Please note this is not a role that can be performed remotely.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT professional to support our organisation by providing day-to-day, first and second line assistance to all staff. With great opportunities to develop and learn, this role would be well suited to someone who is self-motivated and has a passion for IT. You will have ownership of all service desk issues and will proactively respond to or escalate queries as applicable; problem solving, trouble shooting, instructing and training as necessary. There will also be the opportunity for you to lead and deliver minor internal projects.
Other organisations may call this role Desktop Support Analyst, IT Service Desk Analyst, 1st/2nd Line Technical Support, Helpdesk Support Engineer, or IT Support Engineer.
