Lead UX Researcher (Technology Software Agile). Established digital identification software house is seeking a Lead UX Researcher to drive their UX function forward by performing both quantitative and qualitative research across the product lifecycle. You will be accountable for enabling designers and stockholders to make decisions based on customer insights you gain through market research. You will also be supporting and mentoring a friendly team to enable them to execute their own research.
With offices based in central London, this is a collaborative and highly technical environment where you can enjoy five fully paid “selfie days” and a large chill out area with table tennis and a football table.
