Service Desk Analyst Northamptonshire Exciting Opportunity

You will be joining an established, exciting company at a brilliant time as they increase their IT team after a recent acquisition and investment. You will be based in a fantastic location in the Northamptonshire area as part of a varied and talented IT team.
Your new role
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for end users, regarding a range of 1st line IT support issues. You will be prioritising, documenting, resolving and escalating where you are unable to fix in the first instance.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position, you will need to have experience of supporting IT systems on a 1st line basis and display an excellent customer focused approach. You will be supporting a Microsoft Windows 7-10 environment and will therefore be required to demonstrate a track record of supporting Active Directory and MS Office as well as working with telephony systems and various other hardware platforms. A qualification or exposure to ITIL environments is hugely advantageous to your application.
